About Us

The MUSC Health and Wellness Institute opened in February 2022 in Mt. Pleasant, S.C. The Institute is here to optimize your life through our three pillars of focus: Health, Wellness and Human Performance. We use the evidence-based application of exercise, nutrition and inner health to provide you with a roadmap and the tools to be successful along your journey. We offer health coaching, nutrition and gut health testing, wellness dietitian and sports nutrition sessions, exercise and human performance coaching, and yogic breathing and meditation sessions.

Whether you're seeking more information regarding health and fitness or interested in your own body's performance and specific needs, we provide you with a personalized plan for your wellness journey.

The MUSC Health & Wellness Institute is separate from the MUSC Wellness Center (the downtown gym.) If you are seeking the gym, please call 843-792-5757.
